Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the inclusion of a printed copy of your return authorization.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
